These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Allure Journeys, Inc. and website at www.allurejourneys.com. By booking travel with us or using our website, you agree to these terms (IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE).
Cancellations, Changes, and Exchanges
All payments made to Allure Journeys are non-refundable once processed. Most travel services, including flights and hotels, are non-refundable and non-changeable unless otherwise stated by the supplier. Any amendments may incur additional fees from suppliers or Allure Journeys.
Our Agency
Allure Journeys acts as an independent travel agency. We do not own or operate any airline, hotel, or service provider. Your agreement is directly with the supplier, and we are not liable for their performance.
Passports, Visas & Documentation
You are solely responsible for ensuring valid travel documentation, including passports and visas. Failure to present valid documents may result in denied boarding without a refund.
Traveling with Minors
Children must travel with valid documents. Additional paperwork such as a Child Travel Consent Form may be required when not traveling with both parents.
Check-In Requirements
Arrive at the airport 2 hours before domestic and 4 hours before international flights. Passengers arriving late may be denied boarding.
Additional Fees
Taxes, local charges, and resort fees may be collected at the destination. We aim to inform you at the time of booking but cannot guarantee this.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. If no insurance is noted on your itinerary, you are considered to have declined coverage.
Booking Accuracy
Ensure all traveler details are entered correctly as per their passports. Any correction may result in change fees.
Pricing, Changes & Availability
All advertised prices are subject to availability and change. Final prices may vary until paid in full and confirmed.
Service Provider Rules
By booking travel services, you agree to the terms and policies of the relevant service providers. Their rules apply in addition to ours.
Use of Website
Use of the Allure Journeys website is subject to lawful and respectful behavior. Misuse, including unauthorized data access, is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Allure Journeys is not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
